I love the Maccabees. And I love cheese. So for me, this video is perfect. Who knew that running after cheese could be so emotive?

That, and the fact I’m moving house (again) has got me feeling quite Wombleish about the things that everyday folk leave behind. I mean, there’s just so much of it.

When you’re faced with packing up all your stuff you really realise how much stuff you consume, collect and waste.

So I thought that Greetje van Helmond’s sugar jewellery was pretty cool. Beautiful, temporary and sustainable – a bit of great design.
